3 PL or Third Party logistics is the demand of the day since it allows a company to concentrate on its field and not worry about logistics and related problems. 4 PL or Fourth Party logistics is on the increase and we have been entrusted with total logistics solution as part of total outsource model for many of our clients. This involves making a detailed study and analysis of the needs and requirements of our clients through interviews and site visits. Then a map is drawn with necessary details and information based on which a workable cost efficient model is created. Then implementation of this model is carried out and constant monitoring of the operations is done.
